File Specifications
- Submit advertisements as press-quality PDF or JPEG files.
- Images must be high resolution at 300 dpi at print size.
- Print production should use 2400 dpi and 150 lpi where applicable.
- All fonts must be embedded to ensure they print correctly.
- Files should use CMYK color or grayscale.
- Full-page advertisements must include a 0.125-inch bleed beyond the trim on each edge.
Guidelines & Placement
Following these specifications is critical to the successful reproduction of your advertisement. We are not responsible for print-quality problems caused by files that do not conform to these specifications, or for misspelled words or incorrect information supplied by the advertiser.
Advertising content and graphics must be appropriate for our readership. Rates, schedules, deadlines, and space availability are subject to change at the discretion of the organization.
The N’shei Chabad Newsletter does not use photographs of women as models to sell merchandise.
Advertisers who need assistance revising or producing advertisements will be billed for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred.
Advertisements will not be placed until payment has been received. We cannot take responsibility for problems caused by advertisements submitted after the deadline.
Placement
Due to the volume of advertisements and production deadlines, we cannot guarantee specific placement. We will do our best to accommodate placement preferences.
